Return Eligibility

Items that have been assembled, used, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To request a return:

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
